Ashley Graham is from Lincoln, Nebraska. Ashley Graham faced constant bullying in school due to her large legs. She grew up with two sisters. Graham was diagnosed at first as having A.D.H.D. shortly after her schooling in elementary school. Although she faced numerous obstacles, which included A.D.H.D. throughout her teens, Graham did manage to overcome these challenges. Graham was found by a talent agency when she was just 12 in the Nebraska mall. After graduating from Lincoln Southwest High School in 2005, she was featured in billboards and magazines. In the early days of Graham's modeling career, her physical characteristics made it hard for her to find work. Graham had offers to model as a catalog model for a number of years, however she was told that she wouldn't get past basic projects. They were not right about the castings for session. Thankfully, her career took off swiftly. In 2007 she was interviewed by Sally Singer of "Vogue" magazine. This gave her one of her very first major breakthroughs. Graham was later included on "Glamour" publication's "These Bodies Are Beautiful at every size" in the year 2009. Graham was in the news again after she starred in an ad in support of Lane Bryant that ended up being banned from many countries. The ad received over 800,000 hits prior to being taken down. As the controversy grew, she appeared on the Jay Leno show "The Tonight Show". Graham quickly rose to fame, and today is considered one of America's top model models of the plus size category. Grande began acting and singing at a very early age. She was cast in the role of 13 on Broadway in 2008, then began to appear in small roles in television series. The first time she got a big break in 2010 after she was featured in Nickelodeon's television show Victorious. She played Cat Valentine, a teenager who attends a performing arts college. The sitcom was cancelled in 2013 and she appeared on the spinoff show, Sam & Cat.
